Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course, students; It is to gain the knowledge and skills to apply a general training program by using the knowledge about the training principles and methods.

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Defines the basic concepts of training science. PO-1 Has basic knowledges of the theoretical and practical in the field of physical education and sports.
PO-3 Shows ability to conduct research in the field of Physical Education and Sport.
Examination
LO-2 Explain the effects of loading and resting relationship on performance. PO-1 Has basic knowledges of the theoretical and practical in the field of physical education and sports.

Course Contents
Learns the basic principles of training, the effects of loading on the organism, training and planning theories, recovery, fatigue, different training approaches and the basic principles of training information, the relationship between training and loading, planning and scheduling processes, the relationship between recovery and fatigue. Also learns different training approaches in the development of biomotor features.
