Objectives of the Course
The aim of the new media technologies course is to explain what new media technologies are and to explain the characteristics of new communication technologies. In addition to discussing what has changed in different areas of media such as newspapers, television, cinema and advertising with new communication technologies.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Explains the concept of new media. PO-7 Students will be able to know the change and development processes of media from past to present and transfer what they know to current problems.
PO-20 Develop the strategies that define the media, communication and art processes as theoretically.

Short history of traditional media, new media transition process from traditional media, short history of new media, communication theories about new media technologies, new journalism activities with new media technologies, changes in the field of advertising with new media the changes in the cinema sector, developments in the field of television with the new media, innovations of new media technologies in other areas such as marketing and public relations, legal arrangements for new media technologies.
