Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to teach students about the history of package designs by showing the evolution through graphic design history and to give them practical work on package designs.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Uygulamalı olarak, ambalaj malzemelerini tanır ve tasarım süreçlerini öğrenir. PO-8 Students will be able to solve two, three and four dimensional design problems and perform their applications.
PO-10 Students gain practical and communicative skills to present their designs effectively.
PO-25 Basic knowledge of artistic applications and designs

LO-2 At the same time, providing a product to be protected and transported from the first production stage to the moment of access to the consumer, it also performs graphic design analysis on the packaging materials in the position of the manufacturer in the shelf. PO-21 Produces original ideas and solutions according to the requirements of a given project.
PO-23 Students produce designs using all kinds of visual media, from freehand drawing to computer graphics.
PO-24 Visual Communication Design adapts to what they have learned and gained in the department education process.
Examination
LO-3 Can make briefing, question formation, problem detection and definition in packaging design process. PO-6 Students will be able to know the change and development processes of graphic design discipline from past to present and transfer what they know to current problems.
PO-7 Students will be able to know the change and development processes of media from past to present and transfer what they know to current problems.
PO-18 Students use existing computer technologies in the area of ??interest.
PO-19 Performs natural and artificial object studies related to vision and shaping.
