Objectives of the Course
To give information about the structure, types and usage areas of dyestuffs used in textile sector.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Explains the relation of textile sector with chemistry. PO-1 He/she has theoretical knowledge on basic subjects of chemistry, biology, microbiology and biotechnology.
PO-4 He/She has the necessary knowledge about the production processes in the industry and service sector.
PO-5 He/she makes basic evaluations in the fields of chemistry, biology, microbiology and biotechnology.
Examination
LO-2 Has knowledge about chemical structure and properties of natural textile raw materials. PO-1 He/she has theoretical knowledge on basic subjects of chemistry, biology, microbiology and biotechnology.
PO-6 He/she has the ability to interpret and evaluate data, to identify problems, to analyze and to develop solutions based on evidence, by using the basic knowledge and skills acquired in the field.
