Course Contents
The aim of this course is to examine the relevant literature in the process of associating value with education as a concept. To be able to research the properties of values and their national and international classification from various sources. To be able to comprehend the strategies, methods and techniques in the process of values education in schools by examining the relevant literature. To be able to research the values in the curriculum in the value education process, to be able to plan, report and present the value education. To be able to examine the researches that reveal the importance of values in the context of society. To be aware of the importance of the process by examining the studies that reveal the importance of school-family cooperation in the teaching of values in terms of schools, teachers and students. It provides the ability to evaluate and discuss the role of the teacher in values education in the light of scientific research.
