Objectives of the Course
It aims to explain the purpose, scope, content, values, skills and competencies of the social studies curriculum, and to analyze and evaluate the units and achievements in the curriculum. In addition, by learning values in this course, they can explain the importance of planning and implementing for value education and skill education, and its importance in terms of democracy and education. Can use the approaches, strategies, methods and techniques of classroom teachers in teaching social studies. Can use educational technologies in teaching social studies. Explain and use tools, materials, resources and materials in social studies teaching. Can measure and evaluate in-class activities related to the social studies curriculum. The aim of this course is to gain students such as comprehending the place and importance of social studies course in daily life.

Course Contents
This lesson, It covers the purpose, scope, content, value, skills, competence, units and achievements of the social studies course curriculum, value, skill and democracy education in the social studies course, classroom teachers' use of strategies, methods and techniques in life studies teaching, and work examples. It covers the use of technology in teaching social studies, the use of resources and materials in teaching social studies, the ability to measure and evaluate activities related to the social studies curriculum, the place and importance of social studies course in daily life.
