Objectives of the Course | |||||
It is a known fact that students in all educational levels, from primary school to university, have some difficulties in understanding mathematical concepts. Especially the misconceptions and difficulties of learning mathematics of students in the age of elementary school (grades 1-4) affect their future mathematics learning. For this reason, it is important to identify students with mathematical misconceptions in primary school and to provide appropriate intervention education program for them. For this purpose, mathematical difficulties and solution suggestions course in elementary school has been added to the program as an elective course for students studying in the classroom education department. |
