PO-1 Can be able to improve and deepen their knowledge in the same or different field based on the graduate level qualifications in their field of study. PO-9 Can be able to act as a leading role in solving problems related to their field of study, organizing personal, institutional teamworks at an expert level. Course Contents | ||
The conceptual framework of the fatwa / ifta act is determined. Information is given about the importance and sources of the subject. Issues such as whether it is necessary to be attached to a certain sect, preference within the sect, and determination of the opinion that will be the basis of fatwa are discussed. Fatwa-taqwa relationship, the effect of time and place, customs and needs on fatwa are discussed. The principles to be taken into consideration by the mufti while issuing fatwa are explained. | ||
