Objectives of the Course
To inform the students about the general concepts, theoretical framework and applications related to career planning and management.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Can evaluate the purpose, dimensions and stages of career management. PO-1 Understands, analyzes and interprets the basic concepts of management and organization field at the expert level and can apply them at the expert level in the field of management and organization.
PO-3 Brings innovation to business science, develops a new scientific method or applies a known method to a different field by revealing original scientific studies in the field of management and organization, contributing to national and international literature.
PO-7 It establishes and develops good relations with public and private sector representatives and can work in disciplinary and interdisciplinary groups.
PO-9 It follows scientific, technological, social and cultural developments academically and professionally and contributes to related issues and processes.
PO-10 It identifies the social, scientific, managerial and ethical problems encountered in the field of management and organization and in business life, produces solutions and contributes to the development of values in these matters.
