PO-1 Understands, analyzes and interprets the basic concepts of management and organization field at the expert level and can apply them at the expert level in the field of management and organization. PO-3 Brings innovation to business science, develops a new scientific method or applies a known method to a different field by revealing original scientific studies in the field of management and organization, contributing to national and international literature. PO-7 It establishes and develops good relations with public and private sector representatives and can work in disciplinary and interdisciplinary groups. PO-9 It follows scientific, technological, social and cultural developments academically and professionally and contributes to related issues and processes.
