Objectives of the Course | |||||
To direct students to conduct a literature research on a given or selected subject, to synthesize the information gathered through literature research, to analyze, interpret and discuss the findings in the light of literature. |

PO-2 Learns different perspectives on many theories, models and paradigms developed in the field of management and organization, gains the knowledge and skills to evaluate, interpret and criticize scientific studies and research presented in various scientific meetings on these topics. |

PO-6 As a good researcher and academician candidate, the student learns to look critically at new topics, new developments in the field of business administration and other related issues, and develops his/her questioning and exploratory aspects. |

The seminar is a compulsory component of the doctoral program and covers work packages that are essential for independent research such as literature research, creating a database from the information collected, classifying the compiled information and documents, writing reports and presenting them with power point. | ||
