Objectives of the Course | |||||
To provide analytical and practical information to the first year students of the Faculty of Dentistry about the physical structures of materials and devices that they can benefit from in their professional lives and in the academic field, and the mechanisms of formation of biophysical events that occur in the human body, and to explain the issues they encounter in oral and dental health and treatment with physical science. |

PO-1 As a dentist, she/he has the basic knowledge of clinical and social sciences required by her profession and uses them throughout her/his life. PO-2 She/he applies the basic medical and science knowledge she has learned in both clinical and laboratory studies and has problem solving skills. PO-3 She/he can work in interdisciplinary teams in various branches of dentistry and other medical fields and seeks the opinion or treatment of the necessary specialist for medical and dental treatments beyond her ability. |
