Objectives of the Course
The aim of the "Medical Biology and Genetics" course is to provide knowledge on molecular biology, cell biology and molecular genetics and to teach them to adapt the acquired knowledge to the field of dentistry.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Will be able to define concepts related to cell types, organelles and genetic material. PO-1 As a dentist, she/he has the basic knowledge of clinical and social sciences required by her profession and uses them throughout her/his life.
PO-2 She/he applies the basic medical and science knowledge she has learned in both clinical and laboratory studies and has problem solving skills.
PO-3 She/he can work in interdisciplinary teams in various branches of dentistry and other medical fields and seeks the opinion or treatment of the necessary specialist for medical and dental treatments beyond her ability.
