Objectives of the Course
To develop scientific approach and scientific attitude in research in social sciences, to gain knowledge about research methods and principles, to gain the ability to evaluate the concepts and processes related to the planning, implementation, evaluation and reporting of the research.

Course Contents
The difference between science and other types of knowledge, the scientific research process, the criteria to be considered in the selection of research topics and the ways to make a subject searchable, sources of error, measurement and scale types, validity and reliability issues, the necessity and methods of sampling and research approaches.
