Objectives of the Course | |||||
It teaches the evaluation of medical and dental status of patients applying for surgical treatment, diagnosis and treatment planning, tools used in tooth extraction, taking appropriate anamnesis from the patient, application of local anesthesia, tooth extraction, and prescription writing after extraction. |

PO-7 He/she develops and implements effective strategies to prevent dental and medical emergencies that he/she may encounter in his/her office and is sufficient to determine the attitude to be applied for treatment in case of these emergencies. |

Medical and dental evaluation, patient anamnesis, diagnosis and treatment planning, identification of instruments used in extraction, indications and contraindications for extraction, application of local anesthesia, tooth extraction, prescription and post-operative recommendations, monitoring of minor surgical applications, surgical procedures performed in local surgery. | ||
