Objectives of the Course

It is to offer a lifestyle that aims to increase the quality of life and increase the happiness of the personnel working within the organization by improving and developing the working life and work environment. It is to create an organizational climate and quality culture aimed at ensuring cooperation, reconciliation and effective communication among employees.

Course Contents
Identification of quality, quality of historical development, the definition of total quality management and related concepts, the basic elements of total quality management, the main factor affecting the total quality management, total quality and quality costs, total quality in human factors, total quality management in the world and Turkey applications.
