Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of the course is to enable our students to have knowledge about management and management concepts.To gain management and organizational knowledge and skills that will enable them to use their resources effectively and efficiently in their business life. |

Basic concepts related to management and organization, definition of management and its place in the historical process, functions of management, definition and characteristics of the manager, management levels and manager skills, leadership and leader concepts, leadership styles, motivation concept and motivation tools, corporate governance, basic approaches in management and organization.
