Objectives of the Course
Understanding the structures in the mouth, head and neck region, the movement, respiratory and digestive system parts in this region, the nervous system, the histology of the ear and eye sensory organs.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Can explain the morphology of the mouth, lips and pharynx. PO-1 As a dentist, she/he has the basic knowledge of clinical and social sciences required by her profession and uses them throughout her/his life.
PO-2 She/he applies the basic medical and science knowledge she has learned in both clinical and laboratory studies and has problem solving skills.
PO-3 She/he can work in interdisciplinary teams in various branches of dentistry and other medical fields and seeks the opinion or treatment of the necessary specialist for medical and dental treatments beyond her ability.
Examination
LO-2 Can define the systems associated with the oral cavity. PO-1 As a dentist, she/he has the basic knowledge of clinical and social sciences required by her profession and uses them throughout her/his life.
PO-2 She/he applies the basic medical and science knowledge she has learned in both clinical and laboratory studies and has problem solving skills.
