Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to explain the definition of biology, the concept of science, the groups that make up the living world, the structures that make up the organism and cell, the structure of genetic material, tissues and systems. In this course, it is aimed to have information about the structure of living things from the cell to the system.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Will be able to gain information about the classification of living things. PO-
LO-2 Will be able to define general information about the cell structure of living things, especially animals. PO-
LO-3 Can explain the basic information about the events occurring in the cell. PO-
LO-4 To be able to use advanced knowledge learned in Medical Biology research area and related science fields PO-12 Recognizes and uses the scientific knowledge.
LO-5 To have knowledge about and apply Advanced Cell Biology methods PO-23 The ability to analyze and synthesize
