Course Contents | ||
This course includes the concept of family, family types and functions, family structure, family life cycle and developmental characteristics, familial relations and communication (spous and parent relations), marriage system, family theories, problems brought about by change in the family: Migration, poverty, unemployment, urbanization; It covers topics such as divorced, single-parent and broken families, abuse and violence in the family, family policies, child policies and child services in Turkey, and social work practice with family and children. | ||
