Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of this course is aimed to make students gain knowkedge about the Nature of Conflict, Effects of Conflict on Organizational Behavior, Causes of Conflict, Types of Conflict, Conflict Management, Negotiation and Mediation in Conflict Resolution Process; It is aimed to obtain information about the Concept of Stress, Symptoms of Stress, Individual and Organizational Results of Stress, Stress Management Strategies and the Effects of Stress in Educational Organizations. |
