Objectives of the Course | |||||
It is aimed to learn the roles and responsibilities of social work in the field of psychiatry and to learn the reasons for the existence of the social work profession in the field of psychiatry. |

Historical development of psychiatric social work, Scope and importance of psychiatric social work; Psychiatric social work approaches; Case management and group work in psychiatric social work; Working with children/adolescents, families, society, alcohol and substance abuse, crisis and crisis intervention in psychiatric social work; Case studies will be covered. | ||
