Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of the course is to inform the students about the basic concepts and application techniques of the behavioural science and to increase their sensitivity about organizational behaviour subjects that they often meet in every aspects of their professional life. |

PO-2 It acts in accordance with social, scientific, cultural and ethical values in the stages of collecting, interpreting, applying and announcing the results of the data related to the field. PO-3 The Person works individually and as a team member, using the basic knowledge she has in the Person Area PO-4 Gains the awareness of the necessity of lifelong learning, following the developments in science and technology and constantly renewing itself. PO-6 Interprets and evaluates data by using the basic knowledge and skills acquired in the field, defines and analyzes problems and takes part in studies planned for solution. PO-7 When faced with unforeseen situations in the field, it produces solutions by using its basic knowledge. PO-8 Using the basic knowledge and skills she has in her field, she informs the relevant people and institutions, shares her thoughts and solutions to problems with experts and non-experts in writing and orally. PO-9 Evaluates the basic level of knowledge and skills acquired in the field with a critical approach PO-13 Acts in accordance with quality management and processes in the Field of Persons and participates in these processes.
