Objectives of the Course
To explain that health institutions in the service sector are also businesses and to introduce the basic concepts of business and management to students who want to take part in health institutions or other institutions. By providing a theoretical knowledge about business activities, it is to support businesses to look at them from a broad and holistic perspective.

LO-2 By learning the functions of the business, she can explain how these functions are used. PO-2 It acts in accordance with social, scientific, cultural and ethical values in the stages of collecting, interpreting, applying and announcing the results of the data related to the field.

Course Contents
Definition and conceptual framework of the business, its historical development process and periods, the relationship of business science with other disciplines, its relations and connections with its internal and external environment, the functions/functions of the business (management, marketing, production, accounting, etc.) and understanding the relationship between these functions, It includes the classification of enterprises and the stages of establishment of enterprises.
