Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of this course; To have knowledge about the role of participation in regular exercise in improving health and increasing the quality of life, preventing and controlling some chronic diseases, the role of participation in regular exercise in the elderly and children, women and pregnancy, the importance of pre-exercise evaluation, health problems that occur with participation in sports and its prevention, methods of assessing the level of physical activity Being and understanding. |
