Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to cover the basic concepts of teaching for the objectives of sports education, the principles of learning and teaching, the importance and benefits of planned work in teaching sports-specific skills, the planning of sports-specific skills teaching, learning and teaching strategies, teaching methods and techniques, tools and materials, instructional service. The task and responsibilities of the coach in increasing the quality of the trainer is to gain the competencies of the trainer.

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Can define the coaching profession. PO-9 Takes responsibility, individually and as a team member, to solve complex and unpredictable problems in the field of Sports Sciences.
PO-10 In the field of sports sciences, he/she develops the professional knowledge and skills of the people she works with and evaluates their performance.
PO-11 He/she has the ability to teach and apply basic and advanced knowledge and skills for application areas.

Basic concepts of education Teaching and learning principles Educational situations in training programs (selection of content, arrangement, methods to be used, hints, reinforcement, feedback, correction, stages of skill learning, evaluation) Teaching approaches (teaching by presentation, discovery and research-examination) Teaching methods and techniques, Planning of learning activities (examples of activities) Determining the trainer, responsibilities and competencies in the teaching process.
