Course Contents |
Definition and historical development of beach volleyball, activity and purpose of use in free time. Beach volleyball organizations in the world and in our country, game rules, physical characteristics and game strategies of beach volleyball players, basic features that distinguish beach volleyball from indoor volleyball, learning basic volleyball movement techniques. |
