Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to teach the theoretical knowledge about physical fitness and the effects of physical activity on physical fitness components.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 At the end of this course, the student will be able to; Have knowledge about physical fitness concepts PO-1 He/She has an advanced level of basic conceptual knowledge in the fields of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, taking into account the reflections in practice.
PO-2 Interprets and evaluates data using advanced knowledge and skills acquired in the fields of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, defines and analyzes problems in parallel with current technological developments, and develops solutions based on research and evidence.
PO-3 In the field of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, it takes responsibility at the individual level and as a team, and takes initiative when necessary, to solve any problems or problems that may occur in the field.
PO-7 Uses information and communication technologies with computer software specific to the fields of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis in Sports, at least at the European Computer License Level as required by the field.

LO-2 Know characteristisc of physical fitness components, methods of physical fitness development and how to use these methods. Course Contents
The definition of physical fitness, types and applications, special physical fitness test batteries for their age group, the components of physical fitness, the importance of physical fitness concepts, measurement and evaluation of physical fitness, the ideal method for determining the weight, exercise techniques for all ages and levels of physical development and preservation of physical fitness, regulation of exercise areas, management and organization.
