Objectives of the Course
To provide students with the technical skills specific to the artistic gymnastics branch and the ability to apply strategies for tactical applications at a basic level.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Explain the historical development of artistic gymnastics in the world and in Turkey. PO-1 He/She has an advanced level of basic conceptual knowledge in the fields of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, taking into account the reflections in practice.
PO-5 He/She has the competence to evaluate and apply the data obtained during her education in the field of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis in business life.
PO-11 He/she has the ability to teach and apply basic and advanced knowledge and skills for application areas.

History of gymnastics and competition rules, Definition and technical features of men's and women's artistic gymnastics equipment, floor, pommel horse, ring, jumping table, parallel, pull-ups, asymmetrical parallel, stepping and preliminary exercises on balance equipment, and artistic gymnastics branch-specific technical skills and strategies for tactical applications.
