Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to meet the advanced needs of students in the field of management and organization and used in quantitative research; To enable them to gain knowledge and skills about methods, analysis and techniques.

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Has knowledge of structural equation modeling and understands confirmatory factor analysis. PO-4 Approaches new information in the field of management and organization systematically and gains high level skills in research methods related to the field.
