Objectives of the Course
The aim of this module is to examine changes during the periods of Hittities, late Hittities, Urarians,Frygians, Lydians, Lycians, Persians Hellenistic and Roman, by evaluating cultural and technological developments in these periods, settlements, architectural remains and small artifacts.

Course Contents
In this mosule chronologically,Hittities, late Hittities, Urarians,Frygians, Lydians, Lycians, Persians Hellenistic and Roman period cultures are examined. The technological accumulation, settlements, architectural remains and small artefacts in these periods; they are evaluated by taking into consideration the formation processes and changes. The relations with neighboring cultures are compared in the case of material cultural remains. Within this process, differentiations in beliefs are explained in the context of the transformations in management structures, their causes and consequences.
