Objectives of the Course
Conprehension of the importance of directing children to sports according to their abilities.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 To be able to learn the concepts of talent selection. PO-1 He/She has an advanced level of basic conceptual knowledge in the fields of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, taking into account the reflections in practice.
Examination
LO-2 To be able to apply the tests used in talent selection Should, students. PO-2 Interprets and evaluates data using advanced knowledge and skills acquired in the fields of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, defines and analyzes problems in parallel with current technological developments, and develops solutions based on research and evidence.
Examination
LO-3 Be able to know goals and objectives of talent selection PO-3 In the field of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, it takes responsibility at the individual level and as a team, and takes initiative when necessary, to solve any problems or problems that may occur in the field.
LO-4 To be able to know the characteristics of a competent athlete suitable to the branches PO-10 In the field of sports sciences, he/she develops the professional knowledge and skills of the people she works with and evaluates their performance.
