Objectives of the Course
It is to enable the training of experts who will guide individuals in the transition from a sedentary and routine life cycle, which has become one of the biggest problems of today's society, to an active and healthy life cycle.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 With this course, the student can learn to design conscious leisure activities. PO-1 He/She has an advanced level of basic conceptual knowledge in the fields of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, taking into account the reflections in practice.
Examination
LO-2 With this course, the student knows and can teach different types of physical activity. PO-2 Interprets and evaluates data using advanced knowledge and skills acquired in the fields of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, defines and analyzes problems in parallel with current technological developments, and develops solutions based on research and evidence.
Examination
LO-3 With this course, the student can do personal programming. PO-3 In the field of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, it takes responsibility at the individual level and as a team, and takes initiative when necessary, to solve any problems or problems that may occur in the field.
Practice Exam
LO-4 With this course, the student can prepare an individual and group exercise program. PO-4 He/She has the competence to share information and learn together in the field of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis.

Active Life Coaching, Active life practices (cycling, swimming, pilates, hiking, camping, climbing, etc.) Effects of active life (physiological, psycho-social, etc.), Benefits of active life by Age Periods (Childhood, Adolescence, Adulthood, etc.) Retirement and Old Age), Active life and motivation, Communication, Nutrition.
