Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of the course is to teach planning of special training progmammes contains strength, velosity, endurance and flexibility that are the important components of the training theory for the performance athletes in Alpine skiing. |

LO-1 | can describe the methods for the development of strenth for alpine skiing |
PO-1 He/She has an advanced level of basic conceptual knowledge in the fields of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, taking into account the reflections in practice. PO-2 Interprets and evaluates data using advanced knowledge and skills acquired in the fields of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, defines and analyzes problems in parallel with current technological developments, and develops solutions based on research and evidence. PO-3 In the field of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, it takes responsibility at the individual level and as a team, and takes initiative when necessary, to solve any problems or problems that may occur in the field. PO-4 He/She has the competence to share information and learn together in the field of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis. PO-5 He/She has the competence to evaluate and apply the data obtained during her education in the field of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis in business life. PO-6 He/She has advanced theoretical and applied knowledge in the field of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, supported by textbooks containing basic and current health-related information, application tools and multimedia education tools and other resources. PO-10 In the field of sports sciences, he/she develops the professional knowledge and skills of the people she works with and evaluates their performance. PO-11 He/she has the ability to teach and apply basic and advanced knowledge and skills for application areas. |
