Objectives of the Course
This course is for students; Performance aims to teach players the importance and components of physical training, badminton warming, cooling, flexibility and strength training, and situational training in badminton.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 At the end of this course, the student should know the physical demands of the badminton game and the importance and components of the physical training required for performance players. PO-2 Interprets and evaluates data using advanced knowledge and skills acquired in the fields of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, defines and analyzes problems in parallel with current technological developments, and develops solutions based on research and evidence.

LO-2 Must know physical tests for performance players. PO-1 He/She has an advanced level of basic conceptual knowledge in the fields of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, taking into account the reflections in practice.

LO-3 Should know the training principles and methods for the development of strength, flexibility and speed in performance players. PO-6 He/She has advanced theoretical and applied knowledge in the field of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, supported by textbooks containing basic and current health-related information, application tools and multimedia education tools and other resources.
