PO-1 Having technical and musical improvement in his/her individual musical instrument in the scope of major education and singing/playing musical works of appropriate level. PO-2 Defining the problems of the field and doing researches with an appropriate method and technique and offering solutions. PO-3 Conception of music teaching methods and techniques related to Music Education, following contemporary developments and improvements and being able to adopt them. PO-4 Being able to work individually and in small groups (chamber music), performing and singing music in front of a community. PO-5 Being able to harmonize musical works (harmony -counterpoint), being able to analyze polyphonic works. PO-6 Conception of the developments in Music Education at national and international level, generating new points of view about them. PO-7 Having critical thinking in Music Education, being able to assess notifications, essays and thesis on the field; and being able to write about music with this approach. PO-8 Being able to compose and arrange new musical works by analyzing educational music works as per their rhythmic, melodic structures, and prosody. PO-9 Gaining advanced musical hearing, reading writing skills by conceiving the links among sounds and interpreting them PO-10 Knowing the historic developments of Music Education Programmes, interpreting and analyzing and giving opinions concerning the new ones. PO-11 Conducting a Seminar study on a subject determined with his/her counselor for improving the skills of researching, reporting and presenting PO-14 Advanced level of knowledge of music education. PO-15 Have critical thinking skills and ability to produce ideas in the field of music. PO-16 Students will be able to follow and do scientific and current events and publications related to music education. PO-17 Has the ability to apply theoretical knowledge related to music education. PO-19 Students will be able to develop new educational methods using high-level mental thinking skills related to music education. PO-20 Students will be able to create new solutions to problems they will face in relation to problem solving and decision making. |

PO-15 Have critical thinking skills and ability to produce ideas in the field of music. PO-16 Students will be able to follow and do scientific and current events and publications related to music education. PO-17 Has the ability to apply theoretical knowledge related to music education. PO-18 At least one instrument has the ability to speak and interpret well.
