Objectives of the Course
This course aims to teach the historical and cultural development of British and American societies. Within this scope, seminal political, religious and social events are studied and discussed. The timeline in the course starts with Classical Era in British history and with 15th century in American history until 20th century in the histories of both societies. In this course, the students gain knowledge and skills with which they can interpret significant historical events.
