Objectives of the Course | |||||
This course aims to familiarize students with note-taking techniques. Also, the aim of this course is to improve students’ note-taking skills with intraclass practices. In translation studies, especially during consecutive translation, since learning note-taking techniques is essential, this course contributes to the development of translation skills. |

Course Contents | ||
In this course, students prepare for interpreting lessons. By watching and listening to the recorded texts in real contexts in audio and visual formats, based on the notes they have taken and the information they have in their memories, they re-transmit what they have heard in the source language and summarize and re-express in the target language. | ||
