Objectives of the Course | |||||
This course aims to improve students’ pre-skills through different translation exercises by introducing the main concepts about audio-visual translation. At the end of this course, students are expected to have idea about subtitles, dubbing, vocalizing processes. Moreover, students will be able to analyse the texts by working on audio-visual sources, and produce translation texts related to them. They will also have idea about the demand in TV and cinema industry, and will have technical equipment to do translation. |
