Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to understand the concepts of rhythm, movement and dance with Orff education and to create, implement and evaluate activity plans for the use of these approaches and concepts in early childhood education.

LO-1 This can explain the development of the concepts of rhythm, sound, tempo and the relationship of these concepts with developmental areas. PO-7 Evaluates the knowledge and skills he/she has in his/her field with a critical approach.

Course Contents
Basic concepts of music, organizing educational environment, rhythm-sound-tempo and dance studies, creative movement and dance, musical story, playing with Orff approach, singing, listening, dance-movement, self expressing, composing own music and using Orff instruments; Planning, implementation and evaluation of musical activities in accordance with the preschool education program.
