Objectives of the Course
To establish major and minor chords in 4 parts, to create accompaniment models on the piano by using the main degree chords in fundamental and translation positions, and to make harmonic analysis of suitable works.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Being able to write triphonic chords in root case as four parts; PO-11 Turkish Music forms, composition rules and knowledge of composing techniques has.
PO-14 Examines the harmony rules in which polyphonic music repertoire is used from time to time and the works produced with these rules together with examples.
Practice Exam
LO-2 Being able to establish chords in narrow and wide spreads and distinguish them; PO-1 Basic scopes of programs related to Music and Performing Arts in their own departments
PO-3 Knows formation of scales, establishment of three and four vowel chords, harmonization of scales, cadences, secondary dominants, substitute chords, tension sounds, modal change chords.
