Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to enable students to have information about the developments and changes that are taking place all over the world and directing the implementation of human resources functions, and to be able to use this information in practice.

LO-1 Have information about current developments in the field PO-2 Human Resources Management uses the basic and current technical information.
PO-3 Develop solutions to the problems encountered using the techniques of Human Resource Management, it respects the recommendations of the problem by creating a team to share responsibility and undertake necessary for this purpose.
Examination
LO-2 Can apply new human resources management practices in business life. PO-1 Business, Economics, Law, Sociology, Mathematics, Statistics, Management, human resource management will have a basic knowledge about the theoretical and practical.
