Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of this course is to enable teacher candidates to gain experience by participating in educational activities in practice schools with the knowledge and skills they have gained about teaching, and to improve their teaching knowledge and skills. |

PO-1 Uses teaching strategies, methods and techniques, assessment and evaluation instruments, taking into account the learning outcomes, by adapting them to student development characteristics, individual differences and needs. PO-12 Has knowledge about students' development, learning characteristics and disabilities. PO-21 Has knowledge of students' developmental characteristics, behavior management, learning styles and disabilities. |

PO-20 Has the knowledge of developing strategies, creating teaching programs and preparing teaching materials in line with the information he or she has acquired PO-21 Has knowledge of students' developmental characteristics, behavior management, learning styles and disabilities. PO-22 Becomes a qualified instructor; joins the society as a well being social studies teacher, open to innovations, change and development, ready for the world of tomorrow. |

It includes preparing a lesson plan every week, applying the prepared plan, evaluating the application by the teacher responsible for the lesson, the instructor and the application student, making corrections and re-applications in line with the evaluations, and preparing a portfolio. | ||
