Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is to get acquainted with the different approaches used in polyphony of Turkish music works and to perform polyphony with the "Progressive System", which is one of them.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Recognize the Turkish music sound system and associate it with the Western music sound system. PO-2 The names of the notes, their location, values, measurement systems, musical signs, series and intervals, tonality, etc. basic music with topics has the information.
PO-3 Knows formation of scales, establishment of three and four vowel chords, harmonization of scales, cadences, secondary dominants, substitute chords, tension sounds, modal change chords.
