Objectives of the Course
1. To learn the historical and intellectual background of Turkish Constitutional Law, 2. To learn the regime of fundamental rights and freedoms.

LO-1 Students who successfully complete the course can have in-depth knowledge of the basic principles of Turkish Constitutional Law. PO-9 Have adequate awareness of universal principles and values such as the rule of law, justice, equality, human rights and citizenship, health and environment.

LO-2 Students who successfully complete the course will be able to explain the functioning of the main organs of the state in a comprehensive way through constitutional law. The content of this course; Turkish Constitution Theses, General Regime of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms According to the 1982 Constitution, Personal Freedom and Security, Freedom of Expression, Freedom of Science and Art, Right to Respect for Private Life, Right to a Fair Trial, Freedom of Religion and Conscience, Political Rights and Duties, Freedoms of Association and Economic and Social Rights issues.
