Objectives of the Course | |||||
In this course; It is aimed to make a practical application of the Constitutional Law course, which is assumed to be taken during the undergraduate education of the Department of Public Administration/Political Science. Based on the principles of the constitutional state of law, the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, and the legality of the administration, the constitutional principles highlighted in the abstract norm review and concrete norm review decisions of the Constitutional Court are expected to contribute to public law. Especially through the analysis of individual application decisions; It is thought that having in-depth knowledge of the democratic social order, constitutional compliance in the actions and operations of the administration, the public power not to violate fundamental rights and freedoms, will thus enable the training of public administrator candidates who will contribute to the provision of public order. |
