Objectives of the Course
Basic management psychology study subjects such as corporate culture, communication, managerial psychological problems, authority, leadership, motivation, crisis management, conflict management are examined in terms of public administration and personnel.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Define the importance of psychology in organizational life. PO-4 Interprets the concepts and approaches learned in the field of political science and management at national and international level, makes and applies comparative and interdisciplinary analysis.

LO-2 Can use scientific methods to analyze attitudes and behaviors. PO-6 Critically evaluate the relations of state, democracy and civil society at national and local level in the field of political science and the problems in this field.

LO-3 Basic managerial skills such as leadership and motivation can be developed. PO-13 As engaged and informed citizens who has adopted life- long learning as a principle, be able to formulate, propose and advocate a positive change towards a democratic polity and demonstrate awareness of and sensitivity to a diverse society.
