Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to have information about the basic concepts of museology, the development of museology in Turkey and in the world, and to gain knowledge and experience by examining the studies on museums.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Explain the basic concepts of museology. PO-1 Have a deeper understanding of tourism and its related fields.
PO-2 Have an understanding of the structure of the tourism industry, how it functions, and its significance for the development of the country.
PO-3 Develop creative and practical solutions for contemporary issues in the tourism industry.
PO-4 Understand service delivery processes related to tourist guiding profession, and use them in a way to ensure visitor satisfaction.
