Objectives of the Course | |||||
In this course, after learning the basic concepts of instructional design, it is aimed that students will be able to identify the learning needs of a particular group by using appropriate needs assessment approaches and techniques, prepare an instructional design for that group in line with their needs, and apply instructional design using methods and strategies suitable for the instructional design. |

This course covers the concepts of education, curriculum, curriculum design, instructional design, basic elements of instructional design, systems approach, generic modeling and ADDIE model, instructional design models (Gagne, Briggs and Wagner’s instructional design model, Dick, Carey and Carey’s systematic instructional design model, Morrison Ross and Kemp's effective instructional design model, etc.), needs analysis and needs assessment techniques, determination of instructional objectives, determination/selection and development of instructional methods and strategies, and application of instructional design. | ||
