Objectives of the Course
Within the scope of the course, it is aimed to introduce contemporary practices in the field of cultural heritage management in the world, to introduce the expanding scope of the concept of cultural heritage and different site management plan models, to introduce cultural heritage management studies and site management plans in Turkey.

Course Contents
Cultural heritage management in the protection of the historical environment, defining all components of cultural heritage as a management issue, evaluating UNESCO's world heritage and site management approach, successful site management plans and practices in the world, site management plans and practices in Turkey.
