Objectives of the Course
“Smart destination” constitutes the content of the concept of Tourism 4.0. Smart destination means carrying out tourism activities by making use of new technologies (artificial intelligence, internet of things (iot), big data analysis and cloud computing). In this course content, the importance of innovative technologies in destination management will be discussed.
